About Tamima Tanjin
Tamima Tanjin is a highly experienced and expert clinical psychologist. She is working for female resident students at the University of Dhaka for last sixteen years. She is also working as an expert clinical psychologist for drug and psychiatric patients for last 23 years. He is an EC member of Bangladesh Clinical Psychology Society. She is doing her research work of Ph.D. from Neuropsychology at Dhaka University, after completing her M.Phil. and M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Dhaka in 2007 and 2001, respectively. His academic journey began with a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Psychology from the same institution in 2000. With over 23 years of experience, Tamima is proficient in various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Couple Therapy, specialized on drug and psychiatric problems.
Tamima is also deeply involved in facilitating training and workshops. She carries special interests in qualitative and quantitative research methods, child and adolescent crisis, essential skills in clinical supervision, and various mental health issues. His research and consultancy work focus on different psychiatric disorders specifically Conversion Disorder, Schizophrenia and Neuropsychology. Tamima Tanjin has worked extensively with marginalized women and men in the areas of addiction, domestic violence and life skills management. Her insightful approach assists clients who are ready to move to another level in their personal life. Immediately tapping into your feelings she assists you in identifying limiting beliefs and thoughts. Her guidance and encouragement provides an opportunity to experience life with a fresh perspective.
